Natasha has represented a diversity of both small and large corporate clientele including private and publicly listed companies, semi-government enterprises (both local and national), plus a variety of individuals.
Her significant experience advising clients across all manner of business transactions includes business sales, joint ventures, mergers, leases, contracts, property transactions, employment and franchising.
An integral part of Natasha’s practice is to help clients in the early identification of business risks and to provide practical solutions to solve problems typically faced by her clients in a variety of commercial situations.

Kerri has worked in corporate and government roles across a number of industries, including financial services, property management, marketing, agribusiness, health administration and hospitality.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice – plus qualifications in Property Management, Property Sales and Marketing.
Coming from a small business background, Kerri is passionate about supporting South Australian businesses to reach their commercial objectives.
She has experience working with small startup companies, from the very beginning – helping them holistically with their legal structure and ensuring they are appropriately protected
She has travelled to China and Indonesia to study international law where she gained a more global perspective on trade relations and cultural perspectives that may impact expanding business operations – including working closely with government and industry bodies that support the South Australian business community.
Kerri has a sincere and empathetic approach and takes the time to understand an individual’s needs and legal concerns. From working in her own family business, she understands how legal issues impact personal finances, family, asset protection and succession planning.
