He has a result focused approach aimed at providing the best advice and minimising the stress of the client during this process.

Darryl encourages the parties to reach an agreement without the need to formally commence proceedings in Court.

He has represented clients in a wide variety of Criminal offences with a view to achieving the best outcome possible.

Darryl has represented and appeared for clients in the Supreme, District, Magistrates, Industrial Relations, Licensing and Federal Circuit courts.

Other specialist areas for Darryl are Wills & Estates; including drafting Wills and Testamentary Trusts, and Probate Applications – and Family law; including Binding Financial Agreements, Divorce, Property Settlements, Children’s matters, and De Facto Relationships.

Darryl has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts Diploma in Business and is a LEADR trained mediator. He’s a member of the Law Society of SA and has been a board member of the Army Museum of South Australia for many years.

Natasha advises clients on a wide range of commercial matters, with specialist experience in Building & Construction Law.

Natasha Hemmerling has practiced law since 2002 advising clients in the areas of In the areas of Building & Construction Law; Business & commercial law; Litigation; Employment Law; Property Law; Wills & Estates.

Natasha has represented a diversity of both small and large corporate clientele including private and publicly listed companies, semi-government enterprises (both local and national), plus a variety of individuals.

Her significant experience advising clients across all manner of business transactions includes business sales, joint ventures, mergers, leases, contracts, property transactions, employment and franchising.

An integral part of Natasha’s practice is to help clients in the early identification of business risks and to provide practical solutions to solve problems typically faced by her clients in a variety of commercial situations.

Although regularly representing clients in the Supreme, District, Magistrates, Federal and Industrial Relations Courts, Natasha also advocates alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation, arbitration and conciliation.

Natasha is an excellent negotiator and encourages out-of-court settlements where possible.

She is client focused: striving to achieve the best possible outcome, while keeping them informed about their case every step of the way.

Natasha has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is a member of the Law Society of SA.

Natasha is passionate about helping the community and the construction industry and she holds several board positions including:

  • Board member for Master Landscapers Association of SA
  • Board Member for Carer Support and Respite Inc;
  • Advisory Board Member of the Executive Roundtable Group; and
  • Associate Member Representative for the Civil Contractors Federation SA Board.

Natasha is also Vice Chair of the Women in Civil Committee for Civil Contractors Federation of SA.

Kerri joined Clarke Hemmerling Lawyers as a Solicitor in February 2022. Kerri supports the Partners in the areas of Commercial Law, Litigation, Business Law, Building & Construction Law, Property Law, Employment Law, and Wills & Estates.

Kerri has worked in corporate and government roles across a number of industries, including financial services, property management, marketing, agribusiness, health administration and hospitality.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice – plus qualifications in Property Management, Property Sales and Marketing.


Coming from a small business background, Kerri is passionate about supporting South Australian businesses to reach their commercial objectives.
She has experience working with small startup companies, from the very beginning – helping them holistically with their legal structure and ensuring they are appropriately protected

She has travelled to China and Indonesia to study international law where she gained a more global perspective on trade relations and cultural perspectives that may impact expanding business operations – including working closely with government and industry bodies that support the South Australian business community.

Kerri has a sincere and empathetic approach and takes the time to understand an individual’s needs and legal concerns. From working in her own family business, she understands how legal issues impact personal finances, family, asset protection and succession planning.
